Naomi is the author of two novels and hosts/produces several radio shows. She uses her experience in writing, publishing, and interviewing to help clients achieve their goals. Naomi hosts the "Brazos Valley Health" show on KEOS 81.9 FM. She interviews authors weekly on "Coffee With an Author," and "Best Sellers' Club" on BlogTalkRadio. She facilitates "Write On!" a resource round table for experts in areas of interest to authors to share information, while Renee fields the associated chat room and” tweets” during the program for listener input. She is also the co-creator of the Writer’s Tool Kit, a free resource available on the Stimulating Conversation website. As a fund raiser for KEOS, Naomi has been know to put on her Gypsy garb and read Tarot cards at a Halloween events. Call her to schedule a meeting to promote your future as a successful author. Chelsea used hard work, effort, and lack of sleep to graduate from the University of Arizona in Film Studies. Today she applies these keys to promote SC through media and social networking. A frequent “Tweeter”, more than 280 people read her messages several times a week about authors and events sponsored by Stimulating Conversation. The Facebook page she hosts exceeds 875 readers. Chelsea develops followings for writers through posts about events including book releases , “Coffee With an Author” on BlogTalkRadio, and new media campaigns. One of Chelsea’s goals is to see authors from SC on the New York Times Bestseller List. She wants to use her marketing skills even more with incoming clients to develop their presence and promote their writing. Although Chelsea has no sense of smell (It’s true!), your book will come out smelling like a rose.

Confident and poised, Kendyll has always expressed her energy through dance. At SC, she turns that energy into riding herd during the daily staff meetings, sending books to reviewers, compiling custom resource lists for clients and holding down the office. She’s Renee’s right hand and strives to wear the right job hat at the right time. She has remarkable drive to do her best and is undaunted when presented with a new job responsibility. She just digs in and succeeds. As a teen, Kendyll’s mom remembers watching her through her bedroom window, dancing energy away. These days Kendyll is still dancing, but after work with her toddler daughter.

Renee Giroux spent the first 15 years of her career as a pediatric nurse, and most of her creative energy on a multitude of other artistic outlets. The learning curve took her through the process of building and rebuilding Ijustfinished.com. She became immersed in learning the ins and outs of the publishing world, web design, web development, social media, small business, networking, and all things book marketing. She now leads a team of marketing, writing, and web professionals who are just as passionate about books and helping authors navigate the book world at Stimulating Conversation. She can often be found speaking at seminars and workshops, guest blogging, and Tweeting her way around the social media world. She is currently editing a book, Expose Your Book; 101 Experts Reveal the Secrets of Book Marketing Through Conversation. She still considers herself an author groupie, and often thinks she is very lucky to meet and befriend authors.

Creating his own website business, Robert needed extra cash flow. So he taught classes in web design, where Renee first met him . She had a vision (IJF); he told her she wasn’t ready yet. Two weeks later she contacted him and said, “Hey, I started my website and…I need your help!” Robert signed on with I Just Finished/Stimulating Conversation as a result. To support authors’ success in the writing arena, Robert builds and supports all the websites and web activities based on client needs. He is able to take a concept or vision and translate it in to computer languages exceptionally well. He also develops the process so novices and new computer users are comfortable using it. He tests and re-tests to remove any bugs, making the process easier for all our clients. Robert began developing sites at age 15. He has been programming for eight years and has extensive knowledge in PHP, MySQL, AJAX, HTML, Python, CSS, Standard Javascript and jQuery. His expertise also extends to SEO (search engine optimization). He is an example of a highly motivated person, sans college degree, reaching a high level of success in a highly competitive field. Starting with a review blog 'Reading with Monie' , Monie initially joined “I just finished” as a reviewer. Her lifelong love of books, knowledge of the publishing industry, and organizational skills made her a natural for increased responsibilities with IJF and Stimulating Conversation. Monie schedules authors for Naomi’s interviews, for the Featured Author section of IJF, keeps track of the progress of reviewers, and gets the word out about authors to market their books and improve their sales. She is the social media wiz for IJF. Determination has been a guiding force in her life, starting as a young mother supporting and raising her son (now in college), and carrying through to today as she holds down both a full time job and a part time job while reading more than 200 books a year. A veteran buyer of Scholastic books starting back in fifth grade, Monie is never without a book. Her amazing appetite for reading in many genres has her usually reading a book for pleasure, one for reviewing, an audio book to play in her car, and another waiting for her at her computer.
